1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ruhaya mobile application or website ("the Application"), developed by SharoidTech ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License & Intellectual Property

SharoidTech retains full intellectual property rights to the Ruhaya brand, source code, user interfaces, design system, and custom sound mixing architecture. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the app solely for personal, non-commercial devotional and educational use.

3. Religious Content & Audio Recitations

Quranic text and recitations available within Ruhaya are provided for spiritual enrichment. Rights to individual audio recitations belong to their respected Qaris or public domain archives.

4. Limitation of Liability

Prayer calculation times are provided based on standard astronomical algorithms and location coordinates. While we strive for absolute accuracy, users are encouraged to verify times locally during special occasions (e.g. Ramadan). SharoidTech shall not be held liable for missed prayer times resulting from device background settings or hardware clock drift.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or release new feature updates to the Application at any time to enhance security and user experience.
