Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All synced bookmarks, custom audio playlists, and cloud user preferences will be permanently deleted.

Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the RUHAYA app installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly:

  1. Open the RUHAYA app on your Android or iOS device.
  2. Tap on Settings (or Profile icon).
  3. Scroll down to Account Management and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your deletion. Your account and cloud data will be removed immediately.

Option 2: Submit Web Account Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below to request complete deletion of your account and associated data:

Data Retention & Processing Policy

  • Data Purged Upon Deletion: Your Firebase Auth UID, email address, profile records, cloud-synced Quran bookmarks, and custom playback preferences.
  • Data Retained: We do not retain any personal data after your deletion request is processed. Anonymized app crash logs may remain aggregated for quality assurance without individual identifiers.
  • Processing Timeline: Web deletion requests submitted via this page or email are fully processed and purged within 30 calendar days.
